SUMMARY:A Community of Belonging: Sexuality & Gender Beyond Personal Identity
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n Community of Belonging: Sexuality & Gender Beyond Personal Identity\n \nFebruary 22\, 2024  |  9:00 am – 4:00 pm \nCalvary Lutheran Church \n7520 Golden Valley\, Golden Valley\,  MN  55427 \nCan we as a church have a new conversation about sexuality and gender? Can we follow the truth of Christ without leaving stragglers to fend for themselves in search of identity and belonging? What insights can we learn from relationships in Christian tradition\, like David and Jonathan\, about love and commitment? And\, what does this mean for our own conversations around covenant brotherhood/sisterhood\, celibate communities/partnerships\, and committed friendships? This presentation will explore the anthropological and historical evidence we have regarding covenant brotherhood\, covenant sisterhood\, and committed friendships throughout the global Christian tradition. Through exploring such past and present relationships\, this session will provide a broad summary of the topic as well as explore what questions churches can be asking around these types of kinship.\n\n[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text] \nBuilding Households of Belonging as Brothers and Sisters\nDavid Frank & Elena Fultz\, Seed House Community\nJoin David & Elena for a practical workshop on the theology of households and how to help start/build/strengthen them. As we think through the relationship between community and households\, expect to gain a vision for creating Christ-centered households that cultivate mutual belonging and shared spiritual life. People with deep wounds from trauma can find healing\, engage with Scripture\, learn to feel safe\, learn to trust\, and know they are valued. \nHealing Groups are led by certified facilitators and cover topics such as God’s presence in suffering\, grieving\, and forgiveness. Adult healing groups are meant for those ages 18 and older and are not intended to be a replacement for professional mental health care. \nAfter participating\, an individual may determine with their trainer if they are ready to lead others through a healing group. \nInitial Facilitator Training \nFacilitator training equips people to lead Healing Groups. Participants will learn skills to know how to be safe people to those that have experienced deep pain and suffering. The training combines both biblical and mental health principles related to trauma care. \nParticipants must have first attended a Healing Group in order to be trained as a facilitator. \nAdvanced Facilitator Training \nThe Advanced Facilitator Training builds upon the skills already gained through the Initial Facilitator Training. Participants must have led 2 healing groups to attend an Advanced Facilitator Training. By the end of this session\, trainers will be better able to solve issues arising in trauma healing as they carry out their ministries. \nHealing Group + Facilitator Training \nAt times we will combine a Healing Group with an Initial Facilitator Training. SUMMARY:Sankofa 2023
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]\nSankofa\nOctober 10 – October 13\, 2023\nAtlanta\, Tuskegee\, Montgomery\, Selma\, Sumner\, Memphis\nSankofa: To return; to go; to fetch\, seek\, and take. \nFrom the Akan people of Ghana\, Sankofa is the practice of looking back to move forward. Engaging the past is a necessary part of pursuing genuine reconciliation. If we don’t understand our history and how it impacts where we are today\, we won’t know how to move forward. \nFor any true transformation to take place\, you must first know the story…Once you know the story\, you can humbly own the story. \n – Josh Clemons & Hazen Stevens* \nSankofa 2023 is an intentionally multi-ethnic\, experiential\, and spiritual journey – a pilgrimage. As we travel across the Southeastern United States\, we will engage our history by visiting sites important to the Civil Rights movement\, along with exploring the history of slavery and legalized segregation in the U.S. \nWe invite you to join this journey as a humble learner with the posture of a pupil. Sankofa offers us the opportunity to acknowledge and lament foundations of our racially broken and divided present. Only then can we begin to repent\, reorient\, and pursue authentic reconciliation with God and each other. If we believe God’s kingdom come and will be done on earth as in heaven\, then we have laid down our right to be indifferent.* \nPrevious Sankofa trips have focused primarily on one-on-one conversations with a travel partner. This trip expands the learning model to include personal reflection\, along with small- and large-group conversations led by our trip leaders. Due to this model\, participants are not required to bring a travel partner. \nThis year’s Sankofa journey is co-led once again by Carl Nelson\, President of Transform Minnesota and Nina Barnes. Nina is the Vice President for Student Life and Human Resources at the University of Northwestern – St. Paul. She is a board member for Transform Minnesota and a previous Sankofa participant and leader. As a Black woman and respected leader in the Twin Cities\, Nina will weave in personal story and experiences as she leads this journey. She is an educator and a student of history; her passion is to help us see how history is directly tied to our current reality in society and the Church. As a spiritual director\, she is uniquely gifted in facilitating conversations and learning experiences like Sankofa. During our four days together\, we will gain a wealth of knowledge and perspective. \n* From Know. Own. At the end of it all I have a lot of hope and can more clearly see how God has done and is continuing to do a great work. The harvest is plenty and the workers are few but this trip I think helps better equip and call to action more workers for God’s plans.  \nSamantha Willis\,  Bethel University Graduate & 2022 Sankofa Participant\n  \nThis is what these trips and experiences do\, particularly for white people\, it helps us understand the depth of the issue\, and so that the Holy Spirit lights a fire in our hearts to go back and change the structures that the sin of white supremacy has created with the Gospel of Jesus Christ as our guide.  \nDan Crain\, Director of Groups and Mobilization for OneRace Movement & 2022 Sankofa Participant\n  \n  \n  \n  \n\n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n\n  \n  \n  \n\n[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Leaders” tab_id=”1678134097331-d3b9e446-8b1a”][vc_column_text]\n Nina holds a Master of Arts degree in Spiritual Formation and Leadership and numerous certifications\, including Human Resources Management; Conflict Coaching & Mediation; and Christian Spiritual Direction. SUMMARY:Generational Shifts in Evangelism
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]\nGenerational Shifts in Evangelism with Dr. James Choung \nSeptember 21\, 2023 | 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm \nLocation: New Hope Church \nRegistration has closed for this event \n  \nHow does our preaching and presentation of the Gospel stay true to scripture while speaking to the felt need of each generation?   \nEach generation has a unique approach to how they view the world. These differences have implications for the Church as we continue the work of spreading the Gospel.    \nApproaches to evangelism that answered the questions of previous generations are not answering the questions of millennials and Gen Z. While the Gospel stays the same\, we must adjust our approach and learn to provide a contextual message.  \nJoin Transform Minnesota and New Hope Church on September 21 as we learn more about adjusting our Gospel presentation from Rev. Dr. James Choung. Dr. Choung\, the Vice President of Strategy and Innovation for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship\, has spent years researching what each generation values and the central gospel question that each generation seeks to answer.    \nDr. Choung will provide insight on:  \n\nGenerational theory and why it is important in our current moment in history; \nThe importance and motivation behind each generation’s question; \nHow churches and pastors can reach different age groups at the same time; and \nHow this information impacts the way we share the gospel. \n\n [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column]\n \n \n \n Register\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n SPEAKERS\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n FAQ\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n [vc_column_text]Registration has closed for this event[/vc_column_text]\n \n \n [vc_column_text]\nOUR SPEAKERS \n  \nRev. SUMMARY:Know. Own. Change: Gospel-Centered Reconciliation Leadership Training
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]\nKnow. Own. Change: Gospel-Centered Reconciliation Leadership Training \nJune 22\, 2023 | 9:00 pm – 2:00 pm \nRegistration is Closed! \nLocation: Mercy Vineyard Church \nCost:  $49 (group discount-buy 3 tickets get 1 free at checkout) \n“Reconciliation work is not a one and done–because sin continues to plague us and threaten the strength and unity of the church. That’s why reconciliation work is tough but necessary.” \n– Josh Clemons and Hazen Stevens \nTransform Minnesota is committed to helping evangelical Christians pursue racial justice and reconciliation from a distinctly biblical perspective. This pursuit requires a persistent\, righteous commitment to knowing the story of injustice\, owning our role in that story\, and then acting to change the story. Until we’ve seen the problem of racism correctly-its history\, current effects\, and root causes-we aren’t equipped to head in the right direction.  \nWe must recognize the biblical call to confront injustice and the Church’s unique responsibility to model racial justice and reconciliation. If God’s kingdom come and will be done on Earth as in heaven\, then we have laid down our right to be indifferent.   \nTransform Minnesota is partnering with the OneRace Movement for a Know. Own. Change. leadership training on Thursday\, June 22. Through this Gospel centered reconciliation training\, participants will engage with the scriptures\, history\, and personal experience with race\, ethnicity\, and culture to be equipped to serve as a reconciler in their community.    \nTraining Core Objectives  \n\nFoundation: Establish a biblical understanding of reconciliation. Clearly define parameters and define terms related to reconciliation.  \nKnow the Story: Provide a brief historical overview of America and the church\, seeking to answer the question\, “How did we get here?”  \nOwn the Story: We will help participants understand their role in owning the story.  \nChange the Story: This segment will major on basic practices for changing the story among your team and in your community. \n\n  \n“What makes the OneRace training and curriculum so critically different and unique is it always is rooted in the Gospel and is Gospel-centered. The conversation always starts first in the Gospel.” \n– Schelli Cronk\, COO\, Transform Minnesota \n  \n“Through a combination of thought-provoking exercises\, teaching\, and conversations\, OneRace helps leaders of different ethnicities and backgrounds to learn together in humility and to consider how to move forward together in this messy but beautiful work of God.” \n– Walter Kim\, President\, National Association of Evangelicals \n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column]\n \n \n \n Register\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n SPEAKERS\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n FAQ\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n [vc_btn title=”Registration is Closed” color=”danger” size=”lg” align=”center” button_block=”true” link=”target:_blank”]\n \n \n [vc_column_text]\nOUR SPEAKERS \n  \nJosh Clemons| OneRace\nExecutive Director \nJosh Clemons is privileged to serve as the Executive Director for OneRace Movement. SUMMARY:Spiritual Conversations for the Non-Religious
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]\nSpiritual Conversations for the Non-Religious\nJanuary 26\, 2023 | 9:00 pm – 2:00 pm\nLocation: Calvary Lutheran Church \nWe are sorry\, this event is sold out! \n$25\, includes lunch (group rates available) \nThe United States is experiencing a significant religious and cultural shift\, especially in youth culture. Younger generations are increasingly suspicious of organized religion. Instead of seeing the Church as a safe place\, they see an inauthentic institution filled with hypocrisy that is irrelevant to their lives.  \nSpiritual Conversations for the Non-Religious is an interactive workshop where you can cultivate a deeper understanding of post-Christian culture\, learn practical skills to build relationships with non-religious people\, and foster respectful conversations in pursuit of truth.    \nBring your team to dialogue and learn together how you can help people think about Jesus in ways that make sense in a secular worldview.  \n  \n“Steiger is an amazing ministry\, reaching out to the growing group of young people who would never walk into a church. The Church should listen to their insights and take advantage of the trainings they offer\, so we will be equipped to reach the next generation for Christ.”  \n-Previous Participant \n  \nThere will be lots of time for Q+A and dialogue with your team and others.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”75px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column]\n \n \n \n Register\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n SPEAKERS\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n FAQ\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n [vc_column_text]We are sorry\, but this event has sold out![/vc_column_text]\n \n \n [vc_column_text]\nOUR SPEAKER \n  \n \nAaron Pierce |  STEIGER INTERNATIONAL\nKEYNOTE SPEAKER  \nAaron Pierce is the International Mission Director of Steiger International\, a rapidly-growing\, worldwide mission organization that is called to reach and disciple the Global Youth Culture for Jesus.  Steiger is active in over 100 cities around the world within the regions of Europe\, Eurasia\, Central Asia\, the Middle East\, East Asia\, South America\, Australasia\, and North America. \nAs a missionary kid\, Aaron grew up in the center of Amsterdam\, where he saw firsthand the transformational power of God in the lives of many lost and hopeless people.  This fueled a life dedicated to mobilizing followers of Jesus to reach young people who would not walk into a church.  Aaron was a member of the evangelistic rock band No Longer Music from 2005 to 2011\, preaching the Gospel all over Europe\, South America\, and the Middle East. \nToday\, Aaron oversees Steiger International’s strategic direction\, while teaching at its training events\, developing new church and ministry partnerships\, continuing to participate in evangelistic outreaches and tours around the world\, and much more.  Aaron preaches regularly at churches\, conferences and events around the world.  He is married with 4 kids and lives in Minnetonka\, Minnesota (USA). \nLearn more about Steiger at www.steiger.org.  \n  \n  \n  \nFilipe Machado|  STEIGER INTERNATIONAL \nNorth America and Asia Pacific Regional Director\, International Leadership Team\nMinneapolis\, USA\n\n\n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n\n\n\n[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”25px”]\n \n \n [vc_column_text]\nFAQ \n  \nWHERE WILL Spiritual Conversations for the Non-Religious be held? This Bible-based trauma healing training uses the book Healing the Wounds of Trauma: How the Church Can Help to address spiritual and emotional wounds of multiple sizes and causes.  \nA convening session is designed for top leaders of churches and organizations to learn a high-level overview of the trauma healing ministry. The time will be spent looking at the need for trauma healing in the church\, how the Trauma Healing Initiative curriculum is responding\, and what the commitment is when a church chooses to partner in this work.   \nLeaders will leave this session knowing how to take the next step in their church and community and can then identify those who should be equipped as facilitators.   \n“The combination of Biblical understanding and mental health best practices really made the Trauma Healing Institute training stand out as unique.” – Anonymous  \n*The Trauma Healing Initiative is a program of the American Bible Society[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”75px”]\n \n \n \n Speakers\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n Registration\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n Location\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n [vc_column_text]\nSPEAKERS \nRob Kistler |  TRAUMA HEALING FACILITATOR \nRob is the Care & Spiritual Formation Pastor at Woodland Hills Church. DESCRIPTION:[vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]\nJESUS IN THE SECULAR WORLD\nOCTOBER 25\, 2022 | 12:00 pm – 2:30 pm\nLocation: CrossPoint Church \n9801 France Avenue S.\, Bloomington\, MN  55431 \n  \nWe live in a post-Christian culture where many have walked away from the Church.   \nThe fastest growing religious group in America is the religiously unaffiliated.  Over 30 million people have been added to this group in the last decade.  This is most pronounced among millennials and generation Zs\, many of whom are apathetic\, cynical\, or even hostile to Christianity.   \nJesus in the Secular World is a workshop that provides an in-depth look at the influences\, philosophy and implications of the secularized\, post-Christian cultural shift in the US.    \nBring your team to dialogue and learn together how you can help people think about Jesus in ways that make sense in a secular world view.  \n  \n“We have had the privilege of having Aaron and the Steiger team speak to our entire staff several times.  This training has been instrumental in helping our staff learn how to relate to our clients and share Jesus in a way that is relevant to where they are at.  Whenever Aaron present\, we not only learn new things\, but the staff also can’t wait to have him back!”  \nTammy Kocher\, Director of New Life Family Services \n  \nThere will be lots of time for Q+A and dialogue with your team and others. \n  \n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”75px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column]\n \n \n \n Registration\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n SPEAKER\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n FAQ\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n [vc_column_text]This event is sold out. SUMMARY:Virtual Trauma Healing Initial Facilitator Training
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]\nVIRTUAL TRAUMA HEALING INITIAL FACILITATOR TRAINING \nMarch 1\, 2\, and 3\, 2022\n5:00 pm – 9:00 pm\nLocation: Virtual Meeting on Zoom\nMaterials will be shipped to you. \n*To register for this training\, you must have completed a healing group prior to joining this training. \nAt this initial equipping session\, participants learn how to lead groups in a participatory way; learn the program model\, and develop plans for using what they have learned in their community. \n  \nTrauma healing facilitators aim to “do no harm” to those they help. To this end\, in order to be certified to lead healing groups and possibly train others\, this Initial Equipping begins a 3-step certification process that includes: \n1. An evaluation during this Initial equipping session that consists of: \n• Participant’s self-awareness of impact on others and the ability to interact well in a group\n• A short test showing your knowledge of the content\n• Practice facilitating a group in a participatory way with feedback on your strengths and suggestions to address areas needing improvement. \n2. A few months of practicum after the Initial Equipping in which ‘Apprentice Facilitators’ co-lead 2 healing groups that include all the core lessons. \n3. The process to become a Trauma Healing Group Facilitator is completed with demonstrated competence in an Advanced Equipping Session. \n  \nThis session is open to laypeople and clergy\, mental health professionals\, social justice advocates\, NGO workers\, and others who would like to explore becoming a trauma healing facilitator so that they can provide basic care for those wounded by trauma or loss and optionally train others to do so. \n\n*After the Advanced Equipping some facilitators also may learn to train others with this model. \n  \nNecessary qualifications: \n• Able to communicate in English.\n• At least 18 years old.\n• Able to manage personal well-being.\n• Committed to helping trauma survivors.\n• Able to dedicate time to lead trauma healing groups.\n• Able to attend the entire session. \nThe Trauma Healing Institute equips and supports a global community of workers in trauma care\, helping local churches\, national Bible Societies\, and other NGOs bring Bible-based trauma healing to the world’s hurting people. See our site at TraumaHealingInstitute.org. \n  \n Please note that certification as a facilitator requires attendance at ALL sessions\, but also that attendance does not guarantee certification as a facilitator. \n  \nQuestions may be emailed to Hailey Aeikens at hailey@transformmn.org [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”75px”]\n \n \n \n Speaker\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n Registration\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n Location\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n Training Options\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n [vc_column_text]\nSPEAKERS \n \n\nMISTY BODKINS | TRAUMA HEALING INITIATIVE MASTER FACILITATOR\nMisty Bodkins has a Master of Arts degree in clinical psychology. SUMMARY:Virtual Trauma Healing Group
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]\nVIRTUAL TRAUMA HEALING GROUP \nFebruary 1\, 3\, 8\, 10\, 15\, and 17\n6:00 pm – 8:30 pm\nLocation: Virtual Meeting on Zoom\nMaterials will be shipped to you. \n  \nTransform Minnesota in partnership with the American Bible Society is excited to bring a virtual Trauma Healing Group to the network.  \nWe all experience loss\, heartache\, and grief in this life. If you struggle to make peace with the wounds of your heart\, we would love to have you join a Healing Group. This small-group experience is also helpful for those who walk closely with others who must cope with trauma and losses\, both big and small. \n  \nThe group will be led by facilitators who are trained in Bible-based trauma healing. Together\, we will make a safe space for group members to: \n· Discover what the Bible says about suffering \n· Learn about trauma and its effects \n· Explore any trauma or loss you may be carrying \n· Release some of the emotional pain you carry \n· Help you get unstuck\, reconnected\, and ready to move on in life \n· Build resilience for the future \n  \nEach participant must be able to commit as each session builds upon the previous session. The group is confidential and will be closed once it begins. After attending a Trauma Healing Group\, participants will receive an opportunity to become certified if they desire by attending a Facilitator Training. \n  \nQuestions may be emailed to Hailey Aeikens at hailey@transformmn.org  \n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”75px”]\n \n \n \n Speaker\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n Registration\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n Location\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n Training Courses\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n [vc_column_text]\nSPEAKERS \n\n \n\nRACHEL UTHMANN |  TRAUMA HEALING FACILITATOR WITH AMERICAN BIBLE SOCIETY \nRachel’s 20 years of work with refugees and other displaced people in Europe and North America has given her a passion for caring well for people who have survived deep pain and loss. SUMMARY:SOLD OUT - Sexuality\, Gender\, And The Church
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]\nSOLD OUT – SEXUALITY\, GENDER\, AND THE CHURCH\n \nNovember 10\, 2021  |  9:00am – 3:00pm\nRiver Valley Church – Crosstown Campus \nThe Sexuality\, Gender\, and the Church conference with Dr. Preston Sprinkle is SOLD OUT! Each attendee will be required to have an individual ticket to access the building. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]Sexuality\, Gender and the Church is a leader’s conference designed to help pastors engage questions of gender and sexuality from a biblical perspective. The conference will offer practical guidance for churches and ministries as they seek to be inclusive to the LGBTQ community while being faithful to a biblical sexual ethic. We will look at cultural trajectories\, current and future trends\, and suggest what new issues surrounding identity and sexuality the Church should be prepared to encounter. \nThe Sexuality\, Gender and the Church conference is anchored in historic Christian teachings that view sex and gender as beautiful attributes designed by God. \nThere will be 3 sections to the conference and time for Q&A.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]\nHow the Church can be Inclusive While Being Faithful to a Biblical Sexual Ethic \nIn this session\, Dr. Preston will help church leaders think clearly\, consistently\, and biblically about policies regarding membership\, baptism\, communion\, service\, and leadership for LGBTQ people. How can the church be inclusive while remaining faithful to a biblical sexual ethic? And\, how are these policies and practices consistently applied to other areas like divorce\, re-marriage\, and cohabitation before marriage?[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]\nTransgender Identities and the Church \nDr. Sprinkle will equip us to engage with the transgender community with love and compassion while staying rooted in a biblical theology of gender and sexuality. \nMillions of gay and trans* people have grown up in our churches\, and many of them have left due to shame\, ridicule\, and dehumanization. “I’ve never met a Christian who was kind to me\,” From Embodied; Transgender Identities\, The Church and What the Bible Has to Say \n  \nWe will discuss complex questions and practical applications: \n· Is it possible for someone’s gender to be different from their biological sex? \n· Are the Gender Affirmative Model and Conversion Therapy the only options for someone who is transgender? \n· Should Christians use someone’s preferred gender pronouns? \n[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]\nThe Future of Sexuality \nSociety is rapidly defining gender\, sexuality\, and marriage in opposition to the biblical design that God intended. It is critical that we continue to promote a Christian vision for sexuality as the best option in a relevant way. Drawing from years of dialogue and cultural observation in the field of human sexuality\, Dr. Sprinkle will discuss what he believes will be likely trends and issues and suggest ways to anchor our teaching in Biblical truth.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”62px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_tta_tabs style=”modern” shape=”square” color=”black” active_section=”1″][vc_tta_section title=”Speaker” tab_id=”1562163491765-eb018353-b2e8″][vc_column_text]\nSPEAKER \n  \nPRESTON SPRINKLE  |  PRESIDENT OF THE CENTER FOR FAITH\, SEXUALITY & GENDER \nPreston is a highly sought-after speaker and teacher.
