SUMMARY:Trauma Healing Group
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]\nTrauma Healing Group \nEvery Monday\, February 12 – March 18\, 20246:30 pm – 9:00 pm \nWoodland Hills Church \n1740 Van Dyke Street\, Maplewood\,  MN  55109 \nIf you suffer from hopelessness\, nightmares\, ongoing sadness or exhaustion\, unexplained anger\, flashbacks\, being overwhelmed\, feelings of isolation\, or unprocessed grief\, whatever the source\, this small group may be for you.   \nThe group will be led by facilitators who are trained in Bible-based trauma healing. Together\, we will make a safe space for group members to:  \n\n Discover what the Bible says about suffering\n Learn about trauma and its effects\n Explore any trauma or loss you may be carrying\n Release some of the emotional pain you carry\n Help you get unstuck\, reconnected\, and ready to move on in life\n Build resilience for the future\n\nAfter participating\, an individual may determine with their trainer if they are ready to lead others through a healing group.  \n“Participating in the healing group was such an important experience for me…It gave me a chance to be with God and others\, to look closely at places of pain in my own life\, and to bring that pain to God in a safe environment.” Anonymous  \nPsalm 34:18 NIV – The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.  \n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column]\n \n \n \n Registration\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n Facilitators\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n Location\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n [vc_btn title=”Click to Register” color=”green” size=”lg” align=”center” button_block=”true” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fwhchurch.org%2Fclass%2Fhealing-heart-wounds%2F”]\n \n \n [vc_column_text]Tim Staiger\, Michelle Cashman\, Stephanie Houwman \nTim and his wife Deb have attended Woodland Hills for over 16 years.
