June 5: Global Missionary Training Movements
Consultation with key national leaders of missionary training schools and sending movements from around the world.
The TCAMP mission leaders network will meet at noon on June 5 at Bethany International in Bloomington to interact with more than a dozen national Christian leaders of missionary training centers from India, Ethiopia, China and other nations.
The session will include a panel discussion with three select leaders to talk about how national churches in countries where they lead are training and sending cross-cultural missionaries.
- Regional updates of missionary movements (Ethiopia, China, SE Asia)
- Ideas for partnership between western churches and national movements
Other national guests will join TCAMP participants at each table to participate in round-table discussions about partnering with national missionary-sending movements, roles of western churches and missionaries, and unique church-planting and evangelism dynamics in the various countries each guest represents.
This cohort of 39 national Christian leaders are partners with Bethany International’s missionary training network, and come from:
- Brazil
- Cambodia
- China
- Ethiopia
- Ghana
- India
- Indonesia
