Positive influence, greater connection and increased collaboration are just a few benefits of healthy communication within the workplace. However, communicating in the workplace can be complicated and at times, unproductive. Communicating well with employees, co-workers and employers requires that you learn your own communication style and how to adapt your style to the communication needs of others.
Annie Perdue-Olson will walk you through the four-communication styles that you can apply to 1:1 conversations at work, how to present information to others, and how to talk about tough topics.
