Discussing Race, Social Justice, and Evangelicalism
Participant-led discussion with Dr. Ed Uszynski

Tuesday, March 16, 2021  |  10:00am – 11:30am
$25 Access

Transform Minnesota is proud to partner with Dr. Ed Uszynski for an exclusive Transform: Live event, Discussing Race, Social Justice and Evangelicalism. Transform: Live is an opportunity for local pastors and ministry leaders to virtually connect with well-renowned biblical thought leaders through participant-led discussion and Q+A.

As the Church continues to face division around topics including social justice, systemic racism, Critical Race Theory and Black Lives Matter, pastors are seeking biblical clarity and practical application. Ministry leaders engaging in these issues are facing increasing pushback.

With an MA and M.Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, a Ph.D. in American Culture Studies, and nearly 30 years of experience serving in ministry with Cru and Athletes in Action as a Oneness and Diversity Consultant, Dr. Uszynski is well-versed in each of these topics. He offers encouragement and wisdom to ministry leaders actively engaged in racial justice conversations.

This event offers an invaluable experience and environment. As an attendee, you will have the unique opportunity to engage directly with Dr. Uszynski and ask questions that are personally impacting your church, ministry, and community.

This event will be discussion-based and participant-led. There will not be pre-planned content, allowing maximum time for authentic conversation between you and Dr. Uszynski and other ministry leaders in the Twin Cities. We encourage you to arrive with your most challenging questions!

A few topics Dr. Uszynski can help facilitate during this event include:

          • What does the Bible say about power dynamics, and how does this impact how Christians understand Critical Race Theory
