Nancy Moore is the president and lead consultant at NL Moore & Associates (www.nlmoore.com). Since 2006, she and her team have worked nationally to serve churches, Christian schools and faith based organizations in an evidence-based approach to leadership transitions, including search, selection and succession planning. She and her team love the local church and are passionate to help Kingdom-minded organizations to thrive. Nancy attended Northwestern College in Roseville Minnesota and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ministries. She has been certified in succession planning by Russ Crabtree, a nationally recognized expert in that field and co-author of the succession planning guide: The Elephant in the Boardroom.
