Rock Solid Employee Handbooks
Why an unlawful employee handbook can cause your organization and teams to crumble.
June 13, 2019 | 9:00AM – 11:00AM | Transform Minnesota
Employee handbooks or Policy Manuals are useful tools that help an employer assure consistency, fairness, and clarity in dealing with employees, while addressing ever-evolving federal, state and local laws.
However simple these handbooks appear to be; poorly-developed employee handbooks and policy manuals can lead to legal issues, lawsuits and fines. There are many new and amended employment-related laws your organization needs to stay current on that apply to all employers, regardless of size.
This training will highlight best practices to help your organization develop, review, maintain, and follow your Employee Handbooks or Policy Manuals.
