Finding Families for Minnesota’s Waiting Kids
Can you imagine what it would be like to not have a family? No one to help you with homework. No one to attend your sporting events or music recitals. No place to go for the holidays. This is a reality for hundreds kids in Minnesota who are waiting in the foster care system.
But There Is Hope!
At Focus on the Family, we believe that the Church can be the answer for these kids and that God has called us all to “care for the least of these.” Thankfully in Minnesota, there are over 5,000 churches full of people who can help!
If you have ever considered foster care, adoption from foster care or want to learn ways to support an adoptive family, plan to attend our FREE Wait No More® event on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Shiloh Temple in Minneapolis. You’ll hear more about the kids who are waiting, the steps in the adoption process and have the opportunity to connect with local adoption agencies.
