New Life Family Services Seeks to Double Number of Clients Served
As a statewide network of thousands of evangelicals, Transform Minnesota aims to connect and equip evangelicals as well as serve as a united voice for them on issues of critical concern. Our ultimate goal is that more and more people across the state will experience the love and restoration of Jesus.
Last year New Life Family Services had 1,000 spiritual conversations with the clients they serve. As an affiliate ministry of Transform Minnesota, New Life is assisting its clients with life-affirming decisions and communicating the love of Christ to everyone who walks through its doors.
As part of New Life’s “Vision 2015” to double the number of clients served and lives saved from abortion, New Life is relocating its Richfield office to a busy strip mall at 66th Street and Nicollet Avenue in Richfield.
The relocation also comes at a time when Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider, opened a new office just one block away from where New Life’s First Care Pregnancy Center will be. More than 90% of pregnant clients who walk through the door at Planned Parenthood end up having an abortion, while 94% of pregnant clients who come to New Life Family Services choose life—and hear the message of hope found in Jesus.
After seeing much success at its strip mall location in St. Paul, New Life hopes to see that same level of high impact at its new location. The area—at a highly visible intersection—is home to the ministry’s ideal demographic and has high levels of bus, foot and vehicle traffic.
The gospel of Jesus cannot transform the state unless it meets people at critical junctures in their lives and communicates to them His love. New Life Family Services is going to where the need exists and offering this message of love and hope—a love and hope found only in Jesus.
