What: Our primary focus this year will be on Learning and Coaching Strategies for Millennials within a Missions Agency. Subthemes will include: Effectively Leading Millennials on Teams; Gen X’ers as Leaders of Millennials and Other Generations; Designing Authentic Learning for Millennials; and Coaching Millennials.

Primary facilitators will be Dr. Jim Raymo of Bethany Global University, and Dr. Jolene Ehrlacher from Leading Tomorrow. Jim is the author of Millennials and Mission: A Generation Faces a Global Challenge. Jolene has authored a book; Millenials in Ministry.
