About Tom Bell
Tom Bell has worked for Bell Lumber & Pole Company since 1992. Tom and his wife Kim spent five years in British Columbia getting exposed to all facets of the family business, with a particular focus on the supply side. Tom and Kim moved to Hugo, Minnesota in 1997 where they continue to raise their 4 children, Jackson, Maddie, Sam, and Mary. In the years since Tom and Kim moved back to Minnesota, Tom had responsibilities in plant, sales, finance, and corporate planning to go along with his experience in the supply side of the business. In 2006 Tom and Kim bought Bell Lumber & Pole Company and in 2009 Tom and Kim bought Alamco, a laminating business in Albert Lea, Minnesota. Today, Tom and Kim are stewards of 240+ families and are still growing their sphere of influence.
