Patrick Lai is a child of Jesus Christ. He’s worked in SE Asia for 32 years; 10 years as a regular missionary and the past 22 years as the owner of several businesses. The Lord enabled his team to gather 4 groups of Muslim believers and spawn other teams in the region, while starting several small businesses. He is the author of 2 books; Tentmaking – The Life and Work of Business as Missions and Business for Transformation – Getting Started. He founded the OPEN Network, a network of 740+ B4Ters, BAMers and tentmakers, (www.opennetworkers.net/faq) as well as Empresas Vida which starts businesses in Muslim cities for Latino workers (www.EmpresasVida.com). NexusB4T was birthed by the OPEN Network to coordinate services and programs in the USA (www.NexusB4T.com). Currently Patrick and May mentor and coach business people working where there are no churches. They have a son and daughter-in-law serving the Lord in Denver as a banker and lawyer, and another son running an app development business in south Asia.
