Anti-Trafficking: Post-Game Plan
Next Steps for Churches in the Fight Against Sex Trafficking
One month after Super Bowl 52, pastors and church representatives are invited to a breakfast to debrief on anti-trafficking efforts following the big game.
Sgt. Grant Snyder of the Minneapolis Police Department’s Human Trafficking task force will be leading this discussion. Sgt. Snyder will compel the church to be at the center of local anti-trafficking efforts in rescuing victims, and also in restoring perpetrators.
“This isn’t a problem of more resources or more handcuffs. I think this is a sin problem, and we know the right solution for sin is to turn your eyes to the Gospel,” said Sgt. Synder.
